Explain the difference please! Cable providers [say] they are the Fastest, offering up to 100MB. Other providers say DSL providers say they offer up to 45Mbps and - doesn't get slower with more people online in my area. 1) are we comparing Apples to Apples with speed (MB vs Mbps)? 2) if Higher usage slows speeds, then how much diff are we talking about, <10%, 50%...?
