question's data

I have been on ssd since 2005. My health is not poor but with each year I have more and more health problems. I get evaluated every 3 yrs with Ssa. I was told that I am considered permanently disabled so that means by definition that I am retired since I will never work again. I am 56 years old & have a pension with the bank I work at. I am vested. I worked for 13 yrs & after 5yrs I was vested. Now because I am unable to return to work due to permanent didabilty, am I entitled to my full pension now? I have been told so many different things???? Any suggestions???

I could really use an expert opinion but I am on a fixed income & cannot afford legal advice. I spoke with the pension department with no help at all.....just more confused. Thanking you in advance. Carol E H
