At least once a day I lose my temper. How can I keep it under control?

Now that is a good question. I wouldn't suggest anger management class. They're artificial and generally ineffective. So is therapy. Serious daily exercise helped me. That and Tai Chi. I have to arrive at the end of the day completely exhausted, to the point where I shut my eyes and in 30 seconds I'm asleep. That's a pretty good measure that my body is getting working off excess energy (which otherwise comes out as anger). Tai Chi helps me with breathing and internal equilibrium, which also helps me manage emotions.
