My personal favorites are garlic soup, egg drop soup and simple chicken broth (maybe with some noodles). I also love miso ... Recently I discovered an easy way to eat healthy and light, and its delicious. Just cut up some vegetables (cauliflower, zucchinis, cabbage, carrots), throw them in some hot water and let them cook, add some rice about 10 minutes before you turn off the pot. When everything is cooked add a couple teaspons of extra virgin olive oil, then eat with a bit of parmesan and black pepper ... delicious and healthy!
