I'm a college student and on an average night I might end up choosing between pizza and chicken wings in the university cafeteria ... Which is healthier?

Oh, those were the days ... Of course, neither is particularly healthy (though some of this depends on the toppings of the pizza), especially if you're eating them frequently. If you want to eat healthy there are no secrets: fresh vegetables and fruit, rice, grains, cereals, olive oils, a bit of chicken or fish. You can come up with loads of tasty meals with these ingredients. But, if you still want to know, assuming the chicken wings aren't battered (and the sauce doesn't contain too much sugar, though it probably does), you're less likely to put on weight eating the chicken wings.
